We hired the company to do an install. The install was done and acceptable. Months later, have called to get a small change done and the controller fixed and/or adjusted. Called once and left a message and received no call back. Called again and booked an appointment. Appointment time?. No show, called twice to see if they were coming, or change of time? No answer, no call back. Called next day and asked if they were going to reschedule, didn?t want to do the job or what and if not, please call and let me know. Still no call back. If you want a service that will follow up with the work they?ve done or provide customer service, my recommendation would be to call a different company that would at least have the courtesy to return your call(s)

They have done a realy good job with my Black yard i Will use them for all my projects

Water Touch Landscape and Irrigation My experience with Water Touch Landscape and Irrigation has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I hired them to build an 18x17 paver patio, but they installed an 18x14 patio instead?three feet shorter than what was agreed upon. On top of that, the patio is not level, which affects both the appearance and functionality of the space. They also failed to provide the specific pavers I requested, even though those details were clearly discussed beforehand. In addition to the patio, the project included upgrading the patio misting system and installing a wireless sprinkler controller. Neither of these tasks were completed. The mist system was never upgraded, the wireless controller was never installed, and the sprinkler system work they did attempt still needs repairs. Overall, the project was delivered incorrectly, incompletely, and without attention to the commitments they made. The lack of accuracy, follow?through, and quality.

Andres and his team was right on time and did a great job for me. Who else gives a five year warranty? I?ll tell you it?s someone who has great confidence in their workmanship and their materials. Would definitely hire them again and recommend down the road.

Came & did project did a great job. Finished job in a day. Very polite tried to put everything back in place. Hard working men.

This is an edit to my original review-6 stars to 1. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is attentive when they want your money. If you have issues with their work, they won?t reply. Andres loves to say ?100%, this will solve your problem?. Should have known not to trust him. My catch basin filled with sand from a neighbors yard last year after Debbie. Andres and is team (his team is wonderful I should do) came out and clean my drain out. Several hundred of pounds of sand removed. The ?plan? that Andres implemented was supposed to 100% solve this problem, but what it actually did was make the problem so much worse! You have been warned. Do NOT use this company. You are better off not doing any work to your drainage or irrigation than to hire this awful company.
