Reviews
Write a ReviewI’m very pleased with the experience of hiring Water touch through Angi. They were very professional and understood what I needed. It was great to see that they cleaned up the areas where they had to dig. I would definitely recommend them !
Very good service I will be calling them again
My experience with water touch, was completely fine, costumer service and labor, Cody was amazing.
RATING 10 STARS --- I have been a realtor in the local area for over 27 years which gives me a unique perspective different contractors. I rarely write reviews unless the service I receive is exceptional or terrible. I recently had the pleasure of working with Andres and his team at Water Touch Landscaping, and I must say, the entire process was impressive. From the initial meeting with Andres to the detailed estimate provided and all the way through the completion of re-soding and rehabbing my sprinkler system on my 1/3 acre lot, everything went smoothly. Communication was excellent, and they followed up diligently. What impressed me the most was that Andres and Cody even visited me three months after the job was done to ensure everything was still in great shape. The project involved replacing 30-year-old sod and repairing/replacing six zones of sprinklers, including leaking zone valves. After the sod was installed, Water Touch Landscaping promised to evaluate the sod and sprinkler system periodically, and they delivered on that promise. Cody, who supervised and co-performed all the work, was incredibly conscientious and professional. Overall, I am thoroughly convinced that Water Touch Landscaping is a hardworking service that excels in completing landscaping changes and providing ongoing maintenance. I have added them to my vendor list for referrals in my real estate practice, and so far, I have received no negative feedback from any clients I have referred to them. I highly recommend Water Touch Landscaping if you're looking for a reliable and diligent landscaping service. They have earned my trust and confidence through their exceptional work. -- Dave Maks - Realtor
I highly advise against using this company for any landscaping projects. My experience with them has been nothing short of disastrous. From the very beginning, it was evident that they did not properly grade or level the yard, nor did they fill any holes before laying the sod. As a result, the grass has become an absolute nightmare to mow, posing a serious tripping hazard for my children and even putting the health of my dogs at risk. Personally, I have stumbled and rolled my ankle multiple times, which has led to some painful falls. The entire sod needs to be removed, the holes filled, and the yard properly leveled and resodded. The concrete patio they installed is equally abysmal. It is riddled with holes, discoloration, and massive chunks of concrete buried beneath the sod. To make matters worse, there is even a stick from the mold that was concreted in and broken off, protruding 2ft out of the ground. The workers they sent to "fix" it only made matters worse, as they covered my screened patio in concrete dust while grinding it down with a hand grinder to make it somewhat walkable. The patio was poured and screeded so poorly that simply washing it off with a hose results in holes appearing on the surface. It is clear that the patio needs to be completely demolished and redone. However, this is a task that requires the expertise of a professional, as the concrete was poured directly against the house and its foundation. It is a job that I will have to seek outside help for. Furthermore, the rocks they installed along the fence line have become a breeding ground for weeds. I now have the arduous task of pulling them up and reinstalling a weed barrier or resorting to using toxic weed killers, which is a significant additional expense and a concern for our vegetable garden beds. The most frustrating part is that the company misrepresented their work and the materials they would use. I was assured by their technician that hard PVC pipe would be used for our drain systems, running all the way to the slope of the backwoods. However, they opted for cheaper flex pipe instead, which does not fulfill the promised quality. Additionally, the drains stop directly behind the fence, with one obstructing the back gate when opened. Save for yourself time, money, and headaches, and find someone else.
Good work! Always available to talk about programming timers, grass care, Ferris letâ  s company referrals and available for any broken lines from mowing, etc.
They talked a good game, but the knowledge of the salesperson, Renee, was inadequate from the beginning and he did not possess the knowledge required to adequately show how the system worked. The installer was totally inept and did an inadequate job on sprinkler installation. Cote, the main installer, failed to supervise his helper. He later became rude and aggressive when I called for a recheck, repair, and became angry and said they will charge me for this. The Manager, Stechie and the Renee were indifferent to my concerns and complaints, and never bothered to follow-up on this issue.
Cody was excellent. He walked me through the service he was going to provide in the beginning and after it was completed. Showed up on time, polite and professional. Would recommend and use their services again.
They are very polite and professional. Excellent job completed... they replaced entire yard sod, installed lighting, landscaping and stone.
Andres and Cody did what they said they would do from beginning of the project and through the follow up visits. Answered questions and addressed concerns. Very courteous and hard working. Definitely recommended.
