The 2 spigots they installed were leaking. Husband had to retighten to stop the leaks. Cheapest water pipe was used. Didn't bring the irrigation hose to the front of the garden. the week after they installed the system we had heavy rains. The pictures show the black hose that was not buried properly. Would not recommend them.

Lawn and sprinkler installed July 2024. 3 Weeks after weeds, 2 different kinds of grass and dead areas. Confirmed by salesman and their lawn service. Photos taken and text messages saved. Salesman said they will fix. Waited, waited, then storms hit. Said will fix in Nov. 24 but never came. Salesman said waiting on insurance. Jan. said will give outdoor lights to make up for the bad grass then never came or called. cannot get in touch with anyone. We contacted Lawyer and will be following up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rated F with the BBB

Andres assessed the problems with my irrigation system and gave me two options for repairs and upgrades. When Cody and his helper arrived, Cody went over all the planed work. He and his helper got right to work. When the job was completed, Cody demonstrated the system and explained how the new controller operated. Very hard workers and great customer service.

Water Touch Company was very reliable. Cody and his crew were very attentive and hard working. They addressed all work with no hesitations. Uprooted old plants, cleaned up the front. sides and back yard removing weeds and sprayed areas with weed killer. The property has been professionally landscaped. We could not be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend Water Touch Company.
