After purchasing and having them install a water softener system, around 2024, about one year later we had an issue. That was fixed but now another year later the system leaks badly. We were forced to call a plumber to bypass it because they don't answer the phone and don't return messages. They skipped town. I can't stress this enough, Do NOT use this company! They are awful!

Bob responded very fast and told the original water filter I chose will cause problems and need to change very often. He recommended his filter and no filter change needed, he set up the appointment very fast and installed person Paul was amazing too!

Look no further than Water Medic. Almost immediate response from Bob. Appointment scheduled within 24 hours. Arrived when he said he would be there. Performed a detailed test and contacted me again right away with results so we could schedule install same week. He came on a Tuesday and our system was installed that Friday. We got a top of the line system to protect us from everything. Installed in 1 day. Bob is one of the best contractors we've worked with. A true gentleman and thorough, knowledgeable professional. Water Mefic is the best!

Bob and team were great to work with. We needed to install a water filter tank and based on the quotes I received, Bob was the most direct and informational in resolving the issue I had. He didn't ask for additional tests (already had a certified test) or upsell me on problems I didn't raise. I'd recommend Water Medic and would use them again!

I worked with them in the past and they were very responsive and helpful. They sold me a water filtration system that held up for 20 years. I just had them come in for a partial upgrade and maintenance. I hope it will last longer than 20 years.
