Bob, the owner, was very responsive and provided all the information needed to make a decision. The appointment was set up quickly and the work was completed on time. The new equipment was integrated with the existing system and everything is working as expected. The technician explained what he was going to do and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend Water Medic to friends and family.

This company is all about what you need and not about making an extra buck. Very hard to find true genuine workers looking out for both the customer and the company. They went above and beyond to fix a leak issue I had. I felt like I had a friend over instead of a greedy person looking to make an extra buck.

It was very pleasant to work with the Water Medic company. They gave very detailed explanations and advise during our first meeting for the estimate. They performed a water test before and after the water filtration system was installed. The installation was done in a professional, timely manner. I will definitely use this company for all our future plumbing projects.
