Extremely satisfied with the work done by Water Medic. They knew exactly what type of water treatment system to install to fix our issues and after several months it is still working perfectly, with no more ugly stains in the toilets or sinks. They went above and beyond, agreeing to work in a torn-apart, hot and smelly basement, with no complaints at all. Very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me patiently. Highly recommended!

They were extremely professional, polite and informative and explained all aspects of the project as well as my different options. When project was completed, the area was left clean and all debris was removed. Although there are other water treatment companies on your website with fantastic ratings, Water Medic was the only company that specialized in the project that I wanted completed which was whole-house water treatment. I would highly recommend Water Medic to anyone who is interested in safe, drinkable water for their family.

- Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, punctual, & patient- They were more than willing to take their time and explain everything they were going to do and then what they actually completed in my water system installation. They were very patient in explaining and demonstrating how to use my system. The made a scheduled time to return to check the water after two weeks of the installation and they were punctual.

Their response was quick and the installation was done professionally. Rep and installer very polite and they cleaned up after the installation. They tested the water free of charge and explained the system to a "city girl" who knows nothing about water filtration. This was my first exposure to this kind of system. A true pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for or in need of water purification/filtration in your home.
