A whole house filter was installed, due to water test that showed high copper content. The filter goes on & off, but hasn't changed the fact that the ph level is too high. Been buying bottled water, & still after 5 days, cannot drink the water.

Please give us a call if you are still having problems with our system. While installing a system, debris and buildup from the pipes take 1-3 weeks to fully clear. We would like to know if the system brought up your PH since you had acid water the pipes need to be neutralized it takes more than a few days to clear the pipes! You need to understand you had acid water which we solved the pipes were getting dissolved by the acid water. We corrected your low PH and probably solved your home from getting flooded by pin hole leaks.
