I experienced a water heater failure in my home after nineteen years. Sure, I was not happy, but Water Heaters+ made the replacement experience tolerable. All of my questions were quickly answered in my initial phone contact with Angela, who was very helpful, provided a quick price estimate and set up the appointment for Jeff, the technician who finalized the quote and performed the installation, I can say that my expectations were exceeded in all aspects in dealing with Water Heaters + and would recommend them if you experience a similar issue.

Dan, Thank you for your business and review! I am sorry we did not meet your expectations on pricing. We do strive to keep our prices as low as possible and usually, we are $300-$500 less than other licensed plumbing companies. I certainly understand the feeling that everything is more expensive. Water heaters as a whole have gone up in price drastically over the past few years. This is due to the National Appliance Energy Conservation Act and which requires the manufactures of water heaters to make them more efficient and also fail sooner than previous models. We will continue to fight the good fight and keep installation prices as low as we can. I see you purchased a 12-year warranty water heater. That unit will last 2 times as long as a standard tank. Most likely you will not need our services for at least 12 -15 years but if you do, we will be here. Jason.

What I liked about water heater plus is that the person I contacted clearly explained all of the options to me. He did not try to convince me to take any route in particular; he encouraged me to do what would be best for me financially at the time. I ended up replacing my old water heater and I think that was the best decision. The technician efficiently replaced my old water heater.
