Jason the person that provided the quote over the phone was so very helpful and customer service was way beyond my expectations. Matt and Jeff who did the actual installation were very wonderful to provide information I asked for. Extremely professional. I was very impressed that my appt was scheduled between 11 -2 timeframe. They arrived by 10:15 and the installation was completed by 11:30. That included taking out the old water heater and installing the new one. These guys were fabulous and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. I will definitely know who to contact for plumbing services in the future.

Water Heaters plus did a great job top to bottom. Elena in the office provided an estimate that was the best we received with a water heater that had the longest warranty. I had questions and talked to Jason the owner who provided thorough answers. Jerry the installer was great - did a nice job in less than two hours. I would call on them again. The best part was no pressure. Another company was constantly calling and texting me and became an annoyance.
