Natalie is a lovely person but she was not right for us. I wanted ideas, not someone looking online and in stores for items we preferred to see in person. Previous designers I worked with made decorating suggestions and went shopping with me, not just email pictures and suggest we go look at some items. I was charged for 5.5 hours and feel I got very little for my money.

I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with my service. Everyone is different in how they want to receive design help, and in view of the situation with COVID, we unfortunately are doing more sourcing online. You did, however, go into the lighting store to see some things that I found for you and I wish I had known you wanted me to accompany you. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Natalie gave me design options and really listened to my concerns. I didn't know where to start, and she gave the guidance I needed. The bathroom turned out beautiful and I will definitely hire her for my future remodel projects.

Natalie worked with us to update our master bedroom. From a hodgepodge bunch of furniture and fussy fabrics, Natalie gently led us to the final sophisticated result. We now have a beautiful, calm place to rest each night. She helped select wallpaper, brought fabric samples to pore over, shopped for furniture and rugs with me and worked with the upholsterer, furniture stores, etc.. Natalie patiently waited out my decision-making and my very slow time line. Natalie, while professional, is also very friendly, approachable, not pushy, and very detail oriented. We are delighted in the results.

I am super happy with W Design Concepts! Natalie came in and has made my life so much easier! I told her I had a budget, and she came in and even used items I already had. She did more than decorate my home! She put a warm special touch on everything she did, she pulled everything together and now I have an up to date, organized and beautiful home ready to be lived in! I highly recommend her!

Natalie was always pleasant, followed through on every detail and took the guesswork out of what needed to be done to get the inside of the house painted and a custom island built. She worked well within the budget constraints and did a great job considering she did not start with blank canvas but instead had to make things work with the items we already had.
