Got a quote from them very reasonable and extremely responsive. Have not performed the work.

Quick easy one day. Installed about 85LF interior french drain to future proof our 94year old basement. Personable with no bull.

They have, through the years, provided prompt top-notch service in a prompt and reliable timetable. They are very knowledgeable and familiar with water-proofing and dehumidifying basements. Their familiarity with french-drain systems and treatment of problems is most advantageous. Their pricing coupled with their knowledge makes Vulcan a favorable choice.

We had water seeping in through our basement walls. Wayne, who gave us the estimate said their waterproofing would fix our problem. At first, he quoted us the wrong price, then came back and said he made a mistake, the price was lower, so we went with them. That should have been the first red flag. Lesson learned. Anyway, the workers came, did everything in one workday; however, our issue was not resolved. Plus, we have more water spots than on the floor where they cemented everything, which we never had before they did work. After a number of attempts (calling almost everyday for weeks) to get a someone to call me back, Victor finally did. They came out and patched up the water spots with some waterproof cement which also did not fix the problem. I have now called numerous times, left messages for Victor, but no one has called me back. I feel like we were taken for a ride with this company. They sell their product saying it is guaranteed for life, but then when an issue arises, they are not responsive. Would not recommend this company. Horrible service.

Be prepared to clean up cement dust from everywhere! Check the sump pump for cement droppings which could stop the pump. Insist on floor protection on patios in the path of cement transfer. They stained my brand new granite patio in the front of the house. There was an attempt to clean up cement droppings on my driveway but there is still stains there. I will have to try a power wash in the summer. You really have to watch everything they do. Leaving them to do the work on there own you will not be happy.

They know what they are doing. They will not look for your leak, but solve it with a French drain which worked for me. Have called their customer service and they have been very responsive. The only thing I wish they educated me better on what to expect and how to go forward.
