Angel was great. He did an excellent job on my locks. I wanted all locks keyed to the same key and a couple of old locks had to be replaced in order for that to happen. Also, I had a lock that was sticky as far as the mechanism not turning when you would try to open one of the door. I give him 5 Stars on timeliness, professionalism, I highly recommend his service and will use him again whenever needed.

I had two condo doors with issues, one full door handle and lock replacement and one door repair. It was great to have the contractor available to do the work within just a couple days. The fixes were thoughtful and effective.

If I could give more stars I would. Angel not only did a great job but he was very kind as well. He did a great job and even when things took a weird turn. He remained calm, re keyed the door and returned a couple days later to repair the other issue. I would use this company again!

Verilock came on time and changed my broken door handle and lock. He worked fast and efficiently. Also, Verilock guarantees the parts and labor. This is very important, given the cost of replacement. I would definitely use this merchant again.

Angel showed up early. Took his time to get the job done right. Fitted a two point lock and deadbolt on an existing door. He worked methodically and made sure it worked properly! very nice to work with. I highly recommend him.

He responded to our requests promptly and gave us a time he could make a site visit. Called when delayed. Very Professional and courteous. He quickly assessed the problem and offered suggestions. Mr. Baptista even diagnosed what caused the previous lock to fail and promptly fixed the locks at a reasonable price. Attentively listened to our questions and answered our questions and any concerns. He cleaned the area before leaving. Our family would call on him again.
