We got our power back after almost 4 days, and discovered that the refrigerator was not cooling.. Technician was able to come same day we called him, made appt, called to let us know he was on the way, and arrived promptly., After checking out the refrigerator, he told us the control panel was out, and would have to be replaced (cockroach damage - ugh--though none IN the refrigerator,,,). He thought it would b would be 4-5 days,.After tallking with supplier, he advised us would be more like 7-8, and did we still want to go ahead. We did. Before he left, he advised us to stuff a towel into the doors to let air in so it wouldn't smell bad later. Six days later (on Memorial Day), he called to say he had the part and could he come over and install it. He arrived quickly just , when he said he would Installed new control panel,. AND sprayed behind the refrigerator and swept up a lot of brown stuff ( presumably cockroach remains). Called next day to make sure ok. Great service!
