They finished the job in one day, and I am completely satisfied with everything they did. The cleanup was excellent and they did all we wanted. They are professional in every way, from estimate to finish. The project manager, Carlos Roman, explained complications that arose and brought my attention to details of the job. He sent me pictures of the process of the roofing to completion.

Mathew Jancsics arrived in a timely manner which I really liked. I appreciate his honesty in the condition and circumstances of the roof. Mathew everything that was needed to be done technically to the roof was explained explained everything very well. He really helped the bad situation and it really made me feel better and now I won't have to worry about the situation, what a relief he made for me. I highly recommend Mathew to anyone who needs repairs on their roof. Thank you Mathew for your honesty, integrity and willingness to help, you do not know what a difference you have made.

I've had a problem with water in my ceiling for a long time and assumed it was the roof. I've had my builder and another roofer fix the problem but it kept coming back. Today, Zach from Van Martin came out to look at the issue. After climbing on the roof and inspecting the area, he said the roof looked fine from above. He then looked in the attic and determined that the problem was not the roof and suggested I obtain HVAC services to look at the plumbing in the attic. I'm really grateful that he didn't just assume it was a problem with the vent stack. Customer Service was quick and effortless and there was no charge for coming out to look at it . I'd definitely use them again.

Zack Browning came out two hours after a call on Monday morning, quickly diagnosed the leaking issue and left me confident I could get through the rest of the winter. I will see Van Martin in the Spring for a new roof based on this excellent service and responsiveness !
