Wilheim Restoration representative looked at the roof and said he would send me a cost estimate - he never did. Benchmark Roofing made an appointment with me but never showed up. Van Martin was on time and gave me a complete and timely estimate of the the roofing cost. Their price was much higher than expected but i went ahead with the work because Ithe shingles selected were top of the line, I felt the company would do a good job, a guarantee, and the work would be done in a timely manner, befor the winter snow. The crew was excellent, no horse play - only hard work and the work was done in two days between rains. Excellent clean-up.

It's really too early to make a quality rating. This call was for a leak around a skylight. The repair was prompt at reasonable cost. We'll see if the job was good quality after the next significant downpour. For now, I'll assume the repair will be effective.
