We hired Value Dry to do a complete encapsulation of our crawl space. They were selected from a field of 4 whom we met with. Their VP who met with us knew his product and was able to answer all our questions. The supervisor visited while their team was on-site as did the owner of the company. We purchased a home that was built in the 1940's and during the winters, the house was unbearably cold, making most of the house miserable to be in and the heating bills were extremely high. Our crawl space wasn't sealed up. After reading outstanding reviews, we called Value Dry and Jim Ketterer and his team were exceptional to work with. They inspected what needed to be done, gave me an estimate that matched what I paid them, and they guaranteed the work even with transfer of home ownership. We had the crawl space encapsulated, added a sump pump with a back up, a sump pump drain, a window well with drainage, and they installed insulation on the cement walls of the foundation to completely seal it. They also installed a humidity controlled ventilation device that helps air quality! Exceptional job! Our coldest days outside were mitigated inside by the insulation and our house is very comfortable to be in during the winter now. They worked hard to make sure the job was done correctly and I highly recommend their services.

Can't say enough good things about this company! These guys are professional and stand behind their work. Overall the crew was great and very professional. They stuck with me as we tried to figure out the root cause of the leak problem, and once we identified it, they were prompt in making sure it was fixed for good. I had a couple minor concerns needing adjustment but that typical in most home repair/construction projects. The difference here was ValueDry company immediately stepped up to make sure everything was done right. They sent out an experienced professional to resolve everything. Other companies would shirk their responsibilities after the job is done and paid for, but NOT ValueDry. They were pleasant, and it was very obvious they wanted to make sure the job was done right without shortcuts and the customer was happy. The warranty is the best I had seen offered by any of the competition. So glad I went with these guys. These aren't like a bunch of typical contractors in the area who take shortcuts that most people wont notice. ValueDry went above and beyond what any typical company would do, and I would highly recommend them without reservation to anybody.

The job was completed in 2 days. (Hallelujah). There is a lifetime guarantee on this work. Alex and his crew worked neatly and cleaned up afterwards. And he answered all of my questons and I was allowed to see and make sure I was getting everything promised in the contract. The rep for the company, Mr. Strong was excellent. He worked with me on the price and financing and he was very professional. Value Dry was a great choice. If I had known the procedure would be this painless and seamless, I would have had this work done along time ago.

The drainage discharge was separated from the original discharge and that was not in the original specs for the contract. Also, I did not know that a green plastic drain would be in the middle of my yard as that was not explained to me. The work was performed efficiently and the workers were clean. I'm waiting to test this new drainage system with the next heavy rainfall. So far, there is no dampness in the basement and that makes me very happy.

Initial report - will update in future if needed. Although expensive and major investment, worth every penny. Everything went as Steve said it would and after a week of extremely wet weather my basement is dry! Can't put a price on that - no moister, no wet carpets, no wet dry wall = no mold! System works as advertised. GREAT experience - cleaned up their work, didn't even know they were here. Couldn't be happier to this point. THANK YOU!

Make sure to have enough time to setup appointment. They were rushing to get job done without having the part on hand. Ended up changing schedule twice last min.

Value Dry's sales staff is very good. They sold us on the system. However they are on the more expensive side. They did a good job installing our sump pump system.
