They did the work. I found out a few weeks later that the leak was caused by a leaking pipe not damp. I have photos to prove the pipe was leaking when they came to quote for the jobâ it was hard to miss as the leaky pipe was a foot from where they put the exterior piping. When I called to talk to them about the unnecessary work, I got a lot of denials, excuses, and no help at all. Avoid at all costs. They will sell you an expensive system when a $10 fix would have solved the problem.

Phenomenal! Value Dry was a referral from another small local company whom I implicitly trust. Markus, their VP, came out to give us a proposal and quote. We then got proposals from two other local companies. Though Value Dry was not the lowest quote, we felt by far the most comfortable using them. And we are very glad we did. Our entire basement, which is entirely below grade, has (had!) water seepage due to hydrostatic pressure (water is forced into the house from underground), especially this last year with all of the rain we have had. And we have a huge basement. Markus proposed a new french drain around the entire interior perimeter of our basement, all of the exterior walls: 210 linear feet in total (we have a big basement). He explained in-depth what they proposed to do and why and how. They also added a second sump pump for us. And a battery back-up pump. They sent a crew of just three guys. Roger was the foreman, and you just have to love that guy. Great personality and he calmly and politely answered every question I had (I am a detail freak). They were fantastic. They kept everything as clean as possible (not completely, but you can only do so much for concrete dust from jackhammers). Their work was very detail-oriented. It was cool seeing the destruction followed by the construction, laying down the new PVC underground drainage pipes, the new concrete on top of it, etc. Roger and I had discussions throughout the week about how best to do several things, like where and how to place the clean-outs (we have two) for the pipes. Bottom line: Look no further. They are honest. Not too expensive. And they deliver exactly what they say they will. Also, just a few weeks after completing our basement they did a smaller job for my in-laws, also local. They were just as happy with their work and with both Markus and Roger and his crew as we were. So this is really two 5 star reviews in one!

Best by far! Value Dry had the best quote, best service, and best installation! My welled exit has overflowed with heavy rains for years. Value Dry provided a solution that has solved the problem. Everyone I worked with gave me excellent service. The installer put up plastic to contain the debris, opened the concrete floor, dug out a long trench across the floor to the sump pump, put in a drain system, closed it up, cleaned up and left me with a dry basement. I couldn't be happier.

They provided a thorough quote and explanation of work and then completed the job very quickly. My basement had flooded the day before they started and that didnt slow them down. They adjusted the pump project to get a temporary pump in place to help clear the water, which was super useful. A little slow on follow up and a final walk through.

We hired this company to complete the installation of a system and a barrier. Based off of other inquiries, this company had the best product for the best price. Additionally, the company offered a very attractive financing package. We haven't had the company out to install the system yet but will update the review!

Estimator was straight forward and transparent about required work and cost. Crew performing work was quick and quality was good.

The owner came and assessed our situation and gave us a fair estimate of the job. We were happy with the results.

Very professional. Prompt in scheduling inspection and getting work started and in completing the project. The work crew was great, courteous, and pleasant to have around. One minor question about a task not mentioned in the work order was immediately resolved with a quick phone call at no additional cost.
