Once again, I wanted to commend your Value Dry technicians for their recent dedication, courtesy, and professionalism. We had Value Dry redo our entire basement French drain system a number of years ago and it has been functioning well. When we did experience a â dead pumpâ issues, your folks were prompt in coming out to fix and replace. This latest visit was no exception to your excellent service. In fact, I was most pleasantly surprised when you were able to fix my current issue the same day I called it in. We continue to be very pleased with your service and have recommended you to our friends and neighbors.

Bill and staff were great. Very courteous and attentive to my needs. My questions were responded to immediately and the team quickly installed my new sump pump and fixed another problem area around my basement door. I would highly recommend ValueDry as the price was definitely better than the other waterproofing companies.

This company and all of their employees are very professional and willing to help at any time. We had our basement waterproofed and there was a little bit of work that wasn't 100% to our liking. They quickly came back out and fixed the few minor issues. The whole time, from the first phone call until the last, great customer service.
