Rob was prompt in contacting me. Gave an in person estimate. Scheduled the job at our convenience, the day the work was performed, he was on time, put a tarp up in bathroom to keep the rest of the house clean. His worker Avi was very conscientious and communicated with us when a question arose. The price was reasonable and the project was completed beyond expectations.
