He really knows how to push for permits to be approved which saved us a lot of time, his presence with the inspectors really brought out the best in them because his confidence in his work. When looking for a contractor the only GC you need is Garret Crammer. We had many great talks to keep us up to date with everything really setting us at ease to not worry.
