A single father working full time with the hopes of creating his garage into a gym. John contacted me and within 15 minutes I had a quote for the job, not only that but he began work that afternoon. I was so busy with work and my kids that I told him to do whatever he thought was best from the design to the colors... he took care of everything and completed the job so quickly! John was great at responding to my needs for my job. Phone response, in person estimate an quote, showed up when they were scheduled. Followed up with IN person supervision of his great staff at the beginning of the job and then followed up at conclusion of job. Hired Johns guys for both a kitchen floor tile installation and backsplash. Overall pretty satisfied with the quality of work, though prices tend to increase over the estimate once underway. Scheduling and communications were great for the floor but mixed for the backsplash. Overall would recommend it.

John is better than the original builder of the house who was terrible.

John was great to work with, attention to detail, reasonable price, good quality. There were some delays getting the project started like with any project but once things were underway I felt like they worked hard 6 days per week to get things finished.

Johns tile work was good- there were several days they cancelled or didn?t show delaying our project. They left edges and gaps that we need to finish. He can be difficult to get a hold of- we're still waiting to hear back with him to resolve some issues.

Should be sure ti obtain a clear, written quote contingencies detailed. Also obtain clear schedule of who will show up when.

John was knowledgeable, fair and his crew did great work. They were on time and I will use them again.
