This company was super fast who installed all the drywall in the house and one day. After screw inspection they came back and floated the ceilings and walls for a nice modern look. They were on time and stuck to the schedule. At the end of the job we did a walk-through and they fixed any minor imperfections to make it a perfect quality job. I highly recommend them.
Response from Company:
Thank you very much it was nice working with you

My category is broader than any listed above. I had textured walls skimmed and painted, vinyl plank flooring, and new baseboards, electrical outlets replaced Christian is a wolf in sheep clothing. I wish you had an area to post pictures as I have many. Christian appears very kind, amiable, and seemingly professional. What I have learned is that Christian is an unlicensed contractor who subcontracts to other unlicensed individuals. I have paid Christian 18K for this project and I paid for the flooring over and above this. The website of Christian boasts how detail-oriented they are and **get it right the first time**. Too many examples to write here. Sloppy workmanship that I had to place blue tape all over the house for him to fix. These were obvious to the naked untrained eye. He would only fix what I happened to catch. Plastered outlets to my walls. Light switches with 4 in 1 were installed upside down. I had to ask him several times to fix it. Woodwork and doors were construction dust and debris on them, and he painted over all of the debris instead of wiping it away first. Paint on new flooring. Several unfinished areas throughout.. Areas of textured walls that he ignored, behind doors and around door frames. Glaringly obvious. Skim coated over window frames and did not remove before drying. The staircase was the biggest disaster which he subcontracted. This is the first thing you see when entering the home....carpet removed from stairs and vinyl plank installed. The **professional** did not bother to level the stairs before laying the flooring. One of the stairs was uneven by 1/4 inch and was so disappointing when I walked in and this was the first thing seen. Christian made excuses for the contractor and blamed it on my house. Six stairs and he charged me $2500 for a far less than perfect job. I asked him to get the contractor back to fix and he told me initially that he was done and could not return. He wanted the money for the contractor and refused until the job was done correctly. Had I not asked about the license of the individual and scared Christian he would not have brought the contractor back. He looked like deer in headlights when I brought this up. Throughout the project, I had to point out issues to Christian. He installed new 5 in baseboards throughout. He installed those that he obviously damaged and chipped and glued the pieces of back to the baseboard. One area was so bad that he moved a piece of furniture in front of it so that I would not see it. His skim coating in too many areas to count was left unfinished. The clean up from this project was terrible. He also did not respect other areas of the house that were not under construction. My guest bathroom is a mess, tile, and grout with thick dust that has actually adhered to the surface because he used it as a work area and never cleaned. Paint and plaster and poured down bathroom drains. The list goes on. I still have unfinished areas. Yes, he said he would return to fix however I do not trust him to do this. I have to hire someone else to fix what he**broke**. He refuses to give me a partial refund in order to do this. Why would I want someone back who already had several chances to fix things and did not while the issue was right under his nose. Again, I have many pics to tell this story. If anyone would like them, please ask.

Tobios drywall built a closet to enclose my laundry in the garage. They showed up when they said and completed the job in exactly the amount of time they quoted. Quality work at a fair price on time. I would hire Tobios again.

Cristian was a professional, kind, courteous and extremely patient. He answered my questions without fail and with patience and a kind manner (no matter how many times I may have asked the same question). Where anpther contractor wpuld have become frustrated or angry, he was patient and kind, thoughtful and understanding. Cristian also provided helpful suggestions on future projects as well. Cristian was able to complete the job on time and even with little chabges that came up, he was able to course correct quickly and without question. I would definitely recommend Cristian of Tobio's Drywall to anyone who wants excellent customer service, open communication, thoughtful dialogue, professionalism, and a contractor that is on time and reasonably priced. I will seek him out again in the future for other projects I have.
