My experience with United Sewer and Drains Corp was very good. Thomas and Victor were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I needed an inspection of my main sewer line. They performed a video camera inspection, which I was able to.watch with them. Fortunately, the line was clear, but they made a few recommendations which will be completed at a later date. They also found and corrected two problems that I was not aware of: 1) cleared debris from the sump pump (allows it to work more efficiently) and 2) replaced a damaged fill valve in the toilet (stops leaking and water waste). I will definitely hire them again for two additional jobs.

They informed me that just rodding the drain that I would keep having the same problem. They informed me that the old waste and overflow and drum trap needed to be replaced. It cost more than just rodding out tub drain but needed to be done. I appreciated that information and am glad I had this done.

They contacted us quickly. . Made an appointment for the next afternoon and arrived promptly. Our technician replaced the rusted out pipes and left the bathroom neat and clean. Weâ re very happy with the work.
