Very pleasant and cooperative. However, he did not tell me that some roof boards needed to be replaced and wanted me to pay for them. The problem was resolved by the production manager. Days after your crew left I discovered they had left an unsecured shutter. The crew was very focused on their work. They only stopped working to eat their lunch. You should be proud of your workers!

They were patient with my decision process. Completed project in day and a half. They've scheduled a follow-up visit to talk about process. A bit confusing with number of people assigned to project. One to do estimate and contract, another to coordinate date and see that project is complete, and a third to semi supervise work crew.

Although a little slow to get started with the estimate, once hired, they were timely in arriving, flexible in changing colors when we changed our minds (with many apologies), speedy in getting the work done, and a good value.

The contractor was professional. The painters did a superb job! We were very pleased with the results. We were especially happy with the ceiling work done in our bathroom. We had a peeling outdated ceiling and mold damage. The painters, removed the old ceiling painted, applied a stain guard and repainted the ceiling. The stains have not resurfaced and the painters did a great job cleaning up. My bathroom was functional the same day with zero complaints.
