Work was excellent. However, John Dudley decided to give out my private and unlisted telephone number, without my approval, to a potential customer as a referral. Customer called me late on a week day, woke my kids up, very rude tone. Advised Mr. Dudley not to extend my number to anyone again.

We were extremely pleased with the service at the time--everything went smoothly and the house looked great. Two years later, however, we saw bubbling, chipping and other flaws in the painted surface. UPC was very quick to address the problem and repainted all flawed areas of the house. We don't know if the problem was related to the initial work performed--we'll see if it happens again!

We decided not to go forward with this project at this time. However... we do plan to do it within the next 5 years, and will most likely return to John Dudley to have the work done. He was very professional, and knowledgeable.
