Bait and switch Initially offered a special for $99 dryer vent cleaning. I was not informed or asked any questions related to the length of vent. The crew stated the length. So it was an upcharge of $400+ $250 for vent cover. Based on the qoute provide by another they came down to $325 for cleaning. Lesson learned, ask questions when comes to $99 special what would it cover. The amount they cleaned from within the home was not alot as I had previously attempted to clean myself and my son had removed the bulk of the bird nest that was in the externaal vent outside due to lack of cover. My handy man came to place vent that I purchsed and he looked at all my vents and said they needed to be change as well I purchase parts he would replace all covers for minimum of $125 with cost for each cover I would be at $250+ for total replacement and labor for six vent covers and labor compared to the one cover cost of $250.

Avoid this company. Technician Michael gave me dangerous, incorrect instructions on how to operate my flue, which I have Wyze Cam footage to prove. When I requested a refund for professional negligence, the manager blamed me, shouted over me, and hung up. Unsafe and unprofessional.

Perfect! I can’t Bragg enough about the great work! He did and amazing job He said I would have to buy new vent covers because of the mold on the vent covers. My house was an older home and over time the dust had accumulated. And the mold . I will make sure I call this company every year to clean my ac ducts

I called with questions. My calls were never returned. The chimney sweep was two hours late. No reason given. Everything was an upsell. Over $500 spent and my chimney is still filthy. I am very disappointed.
