Unique Builders did a new kitchen for us. Communication is key and started a bit rocky. Once expectations were finally set, Unique Builders and Ronen made it right. Ask for Ronen.

Unique Builders have so far remodeled 2 bathrooms over a space of 18 months. The first was to convert the standard bath/shower into a shower, and the second to remodel an ex-jacuzzi unit in the master bathroom that had already been converted into a shower unit 8 years ago. The fact we have used U.B twice proves that we are very happy with the quality of the work. Preparation, demolition, and construction in both cases were first-class. Project manager Jeremy H. has been very helpful at the various stages of both projects. Any issues were rapidly resolved and we are very pleased with the results. We have one more project for U.B. soon!!

Unique Builders We had a complete Kitchen gut and remodel. Yes there were hiccups along the way but all were handled professionally and to our complete satisfaction. After being in road construction I can say no project goes perfectly and it this the measure of a company as to how the problems are handled. Steve and Unique get an A+ here. In the end we have a beautiful new kitchen on time and on budget. I would use them again anytime.

I called Unique Builders & Development Inc. on a Monday and the next day Steve Z., the owner came to my house. By the following week, they had started the job. Unique Builders is an excellent company that has a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking group of the craftsman. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them without reservation. The work was excellent, the workers were very good, careful, very professional and cleaned up excellently after job. My windows looked so good after completion I am having them return to install two more windows in my garage. Whole house will be done! Price was excellent, noticed cooler house immediately! Highly recommend
