When my parents decided to "age in place," we began looking into making their home more safe. We had different contractors give us ideas and estimates on taking out the step-up tub and converting it into a walk-in shower. Unique Bath Design made a wonderful impression on me and my parents (who were unsure that they wanted to deal with the stress of construction.) Joe was patient with our questions, professional, and personal. He worked with us to design exactly what we wanted and even suggested we make our shower curbless and wheelchair accessible. I appreciated that Erika was always quick to respond if I had any questions, extremely helpful throughout the process, and so very thoughtful. The job went seamlessly! Alex's work was excellent with attention to detail! We are absolutely pleased with our new walk-in shower and highly recommend Unique Bath Design!

Everyone on this team is a genuine delight to work with. Our consultation representative, Joe, spent the time needed to address all of my questions. His assessment of the project was spot on, and he explained the installation process and delivery expectations for our tub. We bought a home 30 years old with the worst Jacuzzi tub, and it had to go. Despite the fact that we weren't ready for a full remodel of the bathroom, Joe was easy going, warm and friendly about this decision, and was eager to assist support our decision with this small project. To be very honest - he treated me like a friend. (no cheesy sales pitch, just straight talk with kindness and a smile) Erica - what can I say - a sheer delight. Very attentive to the needs of the customer and super sweet person to talk to. And now . . . . . THE CREW! . . . where do I start. From the moment they rang our doorbell - we knew we would be happy with the work. These gentlemen to care to protect our property (inside and out) from any damage by the equipment and materials needed to do the job. Wore protective masks the entire visit (though I am certain they must have been hot behind them while working). After the job was done a swift clean up was completed. They even took the time to explain when we would be able to use our newly installed tub, how to use the drain, and how to care for it. Just awesome job all around - I could not have made a better choice! Thank you Unique Bath Design Team!

Joel came to our house and helped us choose the correct walk in shower for us and explained how the work would proceed. He was very knowledgeable and put us at ease. We can't wait for them to begin.
