The work hasn't started yet, so I can't say.

I Booked in February of 2022 and as of July 29, 2022 no work has been started due to their inability to obtain a permit. No one else in my building has a problem with permits. Company holding a 5000 down payment!

I hired them to fix my jacuzzi tub. The first plumber said it was the switch and ran to Home Depot to purchase one but it did not work. He said someone else would come to fix it. It took him all day. We paid for the switch. I called to set up another appointment and two men came. They installed another switch and it still did not work. They told me someone would get back to me as it could be the pump. No one called so after three days I called and they sent another plumber. He looked at it and said he could not fix it and someone would get back to me. I got an email estimate that they wanted $1500 more to dismantle the pump and take it to either be repaired or replaced. To date, our tub is not fixed. I believe this company not to be trustworthy. I am looking for someone else to do the repair.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Unlike most renovations, this took exactly the 2 days as promised. Office staff was easy to contact. The men doing the installation were pleasant, and their work is meticulous. Highly recommended.

Innovative

In two days he removed the old tile and concrete floor and installed a worry free acrylic shower with new doors, safety bars and a corner shelve. Removed everything and except for dust you would not know he was here.
