From beginning to end, we were pleased with the responsiveness and communication with the office staff. The installer who came to our home to install our new shower was very careful to minimize the inconvenience and typical construction mess we had experienced with previous home renovation projects. He was respectful of our space and the result is that we are pleased with the products used and the appearance of the shower. We are glad we contacted Unique Bath Design to do the work. We would definitely recommend this company. The owner takes great pride in doing the best job possible and to serve his customer’s needs.

I heard about Unique Bath because they did a complete bathroom remodel for a good friend of mine. They did excellent work and 2 years later she is still very happy with her bathroom. They also gave her a great price on the work done. When she heard that I was thinking about getting my bathroom remodeled, she made a point to call me to tell me to contact Unique Bath. I want to sell my place but my bathtub/shower need to be updated. I had already gotten 3 estimates from other companies for a tub/shower remodel. I wasn't 100% happy with any of them, mostly due to the prices quoted. I was experiencing extreme "estimate fatigue" at this point and almost cancelled this appointment. But I didn't because my friend was so happy with her remodel that they did. I wasn't hopeful but I figured one last estimate couldn't hurt. I am SO glad I didn't cancel! Joel gave me the best price by far. He truly went out of his way to make me a happy customer. But unlike most salesmen, he truly wants his customers to be happy and builds relationships with his clients. He's not just out to make a buck like some of the other companies I dealt with. As a single woman, it means a LOT to know that I am dealing with someone who is not only knowledgeable, professional, ethical, but also caring and compassionate. I am very happy with the materials to be used and the price quoted. The fact the materials are made in the USA and I dealt directly with the owner were just sealed the deal If you are considering having any bathroom remodeling work done, you need to contact Unique Bath. As a matter of fact, call them FIRST, not last like I did. You will NOT regret it! PS: One last note - my friend who had her bathroom remodeled by Unique Bath now wants them to do her second bathroom. That ought to tell you about the quality of their work and how happy their prior customers are.

THE PEOPLE i TALKED TO WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL, THE INSTALL CREW WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DID GREAT WORK. I LOVE MY WALK-IN SHOWER AND THE QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY GOOD. THEY WORKED ALL DAY AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. THE QUALITY IS FANTASTIC. i TALKED TO SEVERAL OF THE OFFICE PEOPLE AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED I WITH THEM ! i RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR TUB REPLACEMENT, OR ANY OF THE TYPE OF WORK THEY DO! i AM VERY VERY PLEASE. THEY THEIR PRICE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DO!

It was a love/hate relationship. They didn't pull permits so shortly after they started the work, the work halted. We had to wait 3 months, a lot of time due to the pandemic, before they could finish up. We were unable to use our home because we couldn't shower during this waiting period. They cut a hole from the bathroom into our bedroom wall and never mentioned it and they also broke our toliet paper holder which they didn't mention either. However, the end result of the walk-in shower was done beautifully. Make sure they pull a permit especially if you live in a complex where people have nothing better to do than mind your business. They were fair on the price.

Great customer service. Friendly and professional. Had a hard time making decisions and Michael was very patient and helpful in helping us decide. Great value for the price. Canâ t wait to see it when itâ s finished!

What a great experience! The company representatives showed up on time (!), and presented a comprehensive high-quality solution for our bath remodel. They covered everything, from material and accessory selection to pricing, scheduling, and signing the contract. They answered all questions and concerns. I am very glad we called Unique Bath.

Work done was top notch.

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. It's nice to work with a company that executes with such flawless precision and professional follow through on what they promised from beginning to end. We had just moved to Florida and had a big, outdated "garden tub" in the master bath. Unique Bath removed it and replaced it with a sleek, modern, state of the art shower and surround install that improved the look and feel immeasurably. It made my wife very happy, need I say more? Kudos to Erica/Joe/Joel, they worked within our budget and gave us a great deal, their communication was fluid and consistent. I have to give a special shout out to installer Alex, he is a master craftsman and leaves his workspace immaculately clean. Great people, great product, great performance, talk to them, they will put a smile on your face!
