I am relieved and pleased to give Unique Bath Design a five-star review. Their team was very professional, meticulous and detailed oriented. They cleaned up the work area each day and were very organized throughout the project. The technicians that worked on my project were very skilled and fully equipped. Many problems were found after demolition that extended the project estimated timeline. They were all corrected, and they stuck to the contracted price. I would use this company for my next project and recommend to anyone that these are a safe people to do business with.

Great customer service

Michael and Maria worked with us to come up with a bathroom refresh that fit our needs. The process was super easy. They presented plenty of options and ensured that their prices were in line with our budget. They also took time to understand our needs and timing. I also appreciate that the owner of the company was willing to speak with us to personally guarantee the work and address any hesitations we may have had. Iâ m looking forward to our updated bathroom.

They started in a very positive job, but after they took the money for the project was a lack of communication, they had not texted, and were excuses, and very difficult to make them come out to our house

Awesome company

My wife and I had new flooring and bathroom Vanity sink and fixtures replaced in our guest bathroom and a total complete remodel of our master bath. We did get a number of quotes and Unique Bath was right in the middle but we did like that sales rep Victor and his designer Frances. We had a good feeling about the company and they proved us right. Outstanding praise goes out to the owners wife who kept us in the loop on all phases for the construction. Also the owner Joel and his partner Alex are honest men of their word and when we were not happy about a part of the job they immediately responded and fixed the problem. The overall job came out great and my wife and I are happy with the results. We should add that we trusted the workers to be in our house alone and feel this is a very honest and reputable company to do business with. John and Jackie Fricke

i love the new shower. However there are still problems that need to be ironed out. I did not want a glass door, so the extension rod to hold up the shower curtain is not stable. It falls down periodically. There is no soap dish installed in the shower, so I am using an over-the-shower to hold the soap and shampoo, etc. Otherwise i am making do with what i received. I is easily cleaned which is the best.
