Just superb and professional team, with Will, the son (owner) and his dad, big Will. They repaired my carpet; and did a fantastic job, such that Sheila was very happy with the work that was done by Undisputed Steamers. Will also gave me his assurance that if these areas snagged or had issues over the next couple of years, he would fix them, gratis. Since they were so nice, honest and wonderful gentlemen, I have contracted them to do my carpet steam cleaning next Wednesday. Thanks, Will. I plan to be your loyal and longterm customer and plan to refer you guys, to all my family and friends.

We had some carpet installed over a year ago and it was not installed properly. It was buckling and we were worried it would damage the carpet or cause someone to trip. Will and his staff came in and in less than 2 hours had stretched and repaired the carpet better than it had ever looked! Great customer service, great work, great value! We will definitely call them again for any future jobs. We are recommending them to our friends as well.

They did not show when scheduled; however, they called that am and I did not get call. When I called them because they had not shown up for the scheduled time they were there in 30 minutes.
