I had some siding done on my house and my garage and home roofs done in which they did a great job but Mario said they would also replace my front windows and my kitchen window and one of my bathroom windows, and I was even willing to pay for the second bathroom window and was told not to worry about it. I have been ghosted after repeatedly reaching out to Mario and Andrew since February 2026 about getting the kitchen window and the two bathroom windows finally replaced. The window company even called me a long time ago to ask me if I wanted the bathroom windows frosted or not so I know that they had the windows ready. When Mario had come to look at the work on the windows that were replaced he said there were things that still needed to be finished. This is a really cruddy way to treat customers especially after being paid thousands upon thousands of dollars for the work.

Did a really good job and cleaned up afterwards. Explained what they were doing.

The job was scheduled at 10 and they showed up right on time. The workers were very nice and explained what they were going to do. The job was done in a timely manner and the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would hire US Property Services again in the future.

It was good and Ian happy what I have seen after done.

He came out to inspect our roof and the vent just needed to be sealed, if anything is wrong with our roof in the future I will contact them to do the job.

Awesome company, if you have any questions about the workmanship just call and the owner will come out that day to answer you concerns or fix anything you think is not satisfactory. He went above and beyond all expectations. I will work with no one else for my concrete roof tiles or my siding. He didn’t like the looks of the back of house match to the old siding, so he tore out all the old stuff and replaced with new and turned around and tore down the siding in front and redid it because he didn’t feel his crew had installed it properly so it wouldn’t warp again. All at no cost. When he looked over the roof estimate he also found he had charged me to much for the parts and wrote me a $200 check on the spot. He also showed me that I was still under warranty and helped fill out the info to get a full refund His business motto is “if your not happy he will go above what you expect to make you happy” Iig your reading this to compare contractors I’d stop here. You won’t be disappointed.

They are patient experts when it comes to insurance claims.

Excellent job communicating and able to come out and quote same-day. Mario clearly had expertise and walked around with me explaining any repairs I was interested in. Got back with an itemized quote next day and then worked with me to fit it in my budget. The company came and completed the work in a day like promised. Great experience.
