Entire process was very professional and competitively priced. The project manager, CJ, was first rate, very experienced and customer service focused. The quality of the work was better than expected. I have no hesitation recommending Tycos services.

It was easy to work with Tycos… there were a few hiccups due to the unique characteristics of the synthetic shake roof we had installed… we were able to resolve all issues and the roof looks great.

There was a small leak several months after they installed the flat roofs, which apparently was a caulking issue. BRyan came out and fixed it and there was no leak thereafter into the room below. They gave a 20 year warranty so I wanted an inspection this year to keep the warranty valid. Bryan came out again and was very thorough in his inspection of the three flat roofs that they installed the previous year. Everything looked good. I am very happy with Tycos. Also the owner Christine whom Iâ ve exchanged emails with is very prompt in her responses and courteous.Itâ s nice to know that they will back up their work! PS. Brian is not only thorough, but very reliable. When he was going to be a half hour late he gave me the courtesy of a phone call.

Of the four roofers I solicited, Tycos presented the best estimate in both quality of work and value of pricing. The work was managed well and completed in a day.

They did a great job and the customer service and all reps and project managers were top notch The workers were superb and got a whole new roof done in one day including a wonderful cleanup job that left my property cleaner than it was before they came Highly recomended

The project manager, Vinny, did his best with what he had to work with. The crews working for this company speak little if any English. Very difficult to communicate. A one-day job took two days because they had nails coming through the finished underside of the roof and had to tear it off and start over. The crews are hired from the neck down so if you are not keeping an eye on them you are going to have problems. I would not hire Tyco again because they obviously only care about the bottom line payday and not customer service.
