Actually they didnÂ’t find anything to repair, so they were so honest. They could have told me anything, I couldnÂ’t get on the roof myself. Good to know there are still honest people out there

The roof leaked, and True Built came to fix it on 10/2. It leaked again in the same spot that weekend. I tried calling and emailing, but got no response. (Being a weekend, I didn't really expect one yet.) When Monday came and went, I tried texting, but still got no response. Late Tues. afternoon, I tried calling again, and got John. An appointment was set for early Thursday. They called to let me know that they would be a little late, but were not as late as they thought. They found another problem and fixed it, hopefully solving the problem. I would have given a 5 star rating if any of my attempts to reach them had worked.
