They were cordial and pleasant, did their work and cleaned up after. One thing though, I have not yet received my receipt for the job. Otherwise I am satisfied.

Generally, communication was strong. While the first appointment was coordinated in advance, it had to be cancelled due to an issue on their end. That was fine because they communicated. However, the follow up appointment wasn't really made and they just called when they were on their way out. Fortunately, I had some flexibility in my schedule and could accommodate. Others may not, so I think it is important feedback. The work appears to be good quality and they were pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall, I am pleased.
