  Comment: I'm currently facing a challenging situation with a leak in my basement, located along the side of the house. This issue is particularly concerning because we have a beautifully finished kitchenette in the basement, and the leak is occurring behind the wall. The walls are covered with aluminum panels, which unfortunately haven't prevented the problem. Each time it rains, this specific area becomes wet, leading to persistent leakage. Despite my efforts in excavating the area twice, thoroughly cleaning the wall, and applying both tar and tar paper as a protective measure, the leakage persists. This leads me to believe that the source of the leak might be located elsewhere. I am reaching out to see if you could help me in resolving this issue. Thanks Michael Kritikos
