Tyler was amazing. Definitely keeping his card handy for future needs. I am in Ohio and set up this appt for my aunt in Michigan. Tyler worked with me and was so patient and understanding. My aunt feels very confident in his work and was appreciative.

The job required some investigation beyond an inspection of the roof. These guys went into the attic and figured out what two other contractors missed. They also noticed another potential trouble spot and fixed it before it became a problem. Definitely would hire them again.

John went all the way up to the roof and inspected the shingle. They did good work, reasonable cost and I am very satisfied.

John is the owner and he is awesome. His partner Tyler was also terrific. This was a small project (2 guys for 6 hours each) but an emergency as I had water dripping in my family room. They called me within minutes of my use of Home Advisor. They came the next morning and did the work the same day. Really nice guys and great job and cleanup.

we tried to find someone to work on our barn roof for three or four months before Christmas. everyone came by, took measurements and quoted prices. everyone said they would start; next week or call you in one or two days and; but no one did, Then true built called after I asked home advisor for help and we spoke to John and Tyler. they did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it without excuses or unnecessary delay even though its January in Michigan. those two men put a dutch colonial roof on our two-story barn in approximately three days over a period of a week and I can guarantee anyone who asks that at least six days of that week were about as nasty as working outdoors could be. I would recommend these guys for any job they felt qualified to tell you they could do because you can trust what they say. they were reasonable in their price and, after the down payment, they refused to take money until the job was completed. they deserve every star I've given them and I would give them six for trustworthiness. my job is completed and my headaches are gone. thanx true built. it was a pleasure working with you. I have never given a five star rating because I feel like there is always room for improvement. maybe its just my project, but, I had answers to every question, and no worries before, during or after the project was completed. I guess sometimes you just hit the jackpot. I seriously doubt that there was anything they could have done to make this project go any smoother.

Company did some chimney repair for me. Crew was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and honest. Would definitely recommend.
