Paul, the owner was very hands-on in supervising his crew and fielding customer questions and concerns throughout the project. Work was efficient and timely. His guidance was without peer. Costs were within budget and customer never felt pressure towards upcharges. Would highly recommend.

Paul went above and beyond to make sure that deadlines were hit. He was very good at communicating every step of the way during our pool remodel. The outcome is amazing and exactly what we were hoping for. We are looking forward to swimming again this spring.

Paul's proposal was the best solution that we received for our old pool problems, especially because of his engineering background and pool design experience. Our pool remodel project was so well done, was completed on time and on budget, with a new deck, new drainage, new skimmers, new coping, tile and plaster and some new equipment. Thankfully, all of the old issues were solved, including a cracked and settling deck and pool leaks and we now enjoy a thoroughly updated pool.

Having an older pool I was needing a remodel, but wanted to stay within a certain budget. Paul was the only one out of 5 other quotes that listened to what I wanted and needed. As the remodel went along problems associated with an older pool came up; which he had told me was possible ( cracks in the pool which had started under the flagstone). He had someone there to fix it within a day and kept the cost down. He was there every day to make sure the project stayed on schedule; and to keep me updated. I would highly recommend Tropic Pools
