Taylor came out and crawled underneath the house in the crawlspace. I told Taylor that I needed to get support from one-side to the other. The floor was sagging on the side where the kitchen and living room is and the other side had a rise to it. Taylor had an outline the house and had drawn (2) 4 by 4 post with (10 times 2) medal post holding each of them up. I told him that I needed 2 more post on the other side of the house and he said that I would have to pay twice as much for two more post. I would also have to pay around $6,000.00 to have dirt removed from the crawlspace. I have not received any pictures of the work that was done either. I'm an disabled woman on an fixed income that has been taken advantage of. I now have a big hump in the middle my floor. Taylor said he doesn't even come out to do an job no less than $5,000.00. Taylor said I'm now going to come up with $11,000.00 more to get the floor fixed, Please be aware of doing business with Taylor and this company.

Gio and the crew were diligent in completing the job in 3 days. Needless to say, the temperatures were on the cold side and they had to take a few breaks to warm their hands. This, by far, was the best option for the bids that were presented. We were given a review of the work every day. We were treated very well from beginning to end.

Very impressive and unique customer focus, excellent communication, employees believe in their company, Roger in sales worked things out in order to make things happen, David made sure the job ran flawless, and Gio and Crew, along with Jesus and Nester, were very professional, did awesome work, and didn't leave until I was satisfied, that's RARE, and I'm very grateful to the entire team. They guys work as a team too! Glad I shopped around and chose Tri-State versus the other competitors. Thanks guys, «Job well Done!» Comment I never met the owner, nor the senior leadership team, but having been in management for many years with Fortune 500 companies, you could tell that the employees enjoyed what they did and have an appreciation for the owner and the management team.
