DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired Carlton to do a bathroom remodel and the workmanship was GARBAGE. I only found out because I couldn t get him to return my calls or come and finish the job that he had been paid in full for, so I had to hire another contractor. Once the second contractor started to look at the job he did, thats when the problems reared their ugly heads. I had to have the entire project from top to bottom redone! I again reach out to him regarding the project and what I expected from him and again, no response. A partial list of the problems found: 1. No hardie backer or waterproofing was installed in the wet areas. 2. When shower niche was fabricated, two studs cropped out without reinforcement! 3. Uneven tile cuts and generally an unfinished look. 4. Uneven tiles on floor and large gaps left unfinished where tile meets wall. 5 Tried to hide lack of tile in closet with large amount of grout and left unfinished. 6. No baseboard or quarter round under new vanity, and again large gaps and uneven tile. This list could go on and on. I have a mountain of photos as proof, and am contemplating taking legal action. DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR ANYTHING!
