His helper Javier was also very good and you could tell he had a lot of experience. I also appreciated his safety concerns since I have a 4 story Town Home. The stucco repair business is rather corrupt between stucco leak inspectors, realtors and stucco repiar companies. "Jose met with me on a Friday afternoon, sent a bid to me that evening and it was accepted. There was no rain forecast for the following day (Saturday) and I asked Jose if he could do the work on that day and he told me he could. I was pleased with the work and Jose's following through on the timely submission of the bid and willingness of him and his crew to work on a Saturday. The work essentially involved replacing 2-3 pieces of OSB siding with Hardi board on the 2nd floor level and the installation of 1x6 Hardi board trim, caulking and painting on 1st and 2nd floor levels. Jose and his crew left the job site clean. I will definitely ask him to bid on future work that might be needed."
