He told me the job would take two days and gave me a price The job only took six hours.

The job was done well. His time keeping and feed back were not so good. Said he would be there at one time and did not call or show up. We had to reach out several times. Not sure why he did that. We were about to find someone else to do the job. Overall he was efficient and did a good job on the task, but needs better time management/ communication.

Job was done correctly. The worker was professional and courteous and offered several options for the repair. I am pleased with the results

Mark reached out to me 10 minutes after I went on Angie’s list. I told him where the job was. He told me he could be there in a couple of hours and then I didn’t need to be there. He would take the measurements and call me back with an estimate which saved me a big trip going into Manhattan. he arrived there on time, gave me the estimate, and I explained to him that I needed the job done as soon as possible due to the nature of the location. although he said his turnaround is usually about a week. He made my job at priority and did it in two days. his work is extremely professional, and honestly, it was better than what was there previously. Mark is nice guy, easy to work with,and every reliable. I definitely will be using him for future projects and referring him. Thank you Mark

The gate repair was done properly and quickly. A little pricey but worth the money.

Very good and not expensive

The job involved fixing a small brass stem extender for a valve - it was not easy to do and it was done well. Only issue was scheduling and delays but otherwise very satisfied
