Jose came out immediately, measured the project, estimated cost and gave me a quote the next day. A few days later I asked him to return to discuss changes and he came the following day, did the new cost and gave me his quote very quickly. After speaking with 3 to 4 other contractors without satisfaction from them, I hired Torres. They started work within a few days and completed it in a timely manner. I did not give them any money down and I paid them the entire invoice the day they completed the work and were ready to drive away. Very responsive to change along the way.

Jose delivered all he promised in our initial conversation: removed existing grass, prepped the soil including tilling, provided exceptional quality sod, precisely placed the sod, and rolled it. The crew was on time, very skilled, and thoroughly cleaned up when finished. Upon completion, Jose ran sprinkler system, made adjustments as needed, and recommended a watering schedule. Jose communicated promptly and took pride in providing outstanding customer service. The quality of sod installation exceeded my expectations!

Great communication with Jose. Crew arrived ON TIME, something you don't see every day. Entire crew got right after it, no messing around and finished far ahead of time from what I anticipated. Cleaned up quite well and took extra steps to satisfy my requirements. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine for a much larger project that he has upcoming.
