Job was well done but in the process the sprinkler was broken and the contractor is refusing to fix it.

I thought Jose was a good guy when I hired his team to remove a bunch of shrubs from my property, the work was well done, or so I had thought. A week later my sprinklers ran and had a gushing tower of water spewing on the side of the house. Jose assured me before the job started, that if they caused any damage to the irrigation system that they would have someone come out and fix it. Well I informed them of the broken sprinkler pipes exactly where they removed the shrubs and they have been ghosting me, avoiding, and doing nothing about it. I had CitiTurf come out to assess the whole irrigation system and they said it is about $500 worth of damage to both the sprinkler lines, heads, and the foundation drip line. Which is obviously why Jose Torres is avoiding fixing this. That is what I get for picking the lowest quoted offer and not signing any paperwork before the job started. The one time I did not pick a bigger company that has a warranty on their service, I get screwed over by Jose Torres. Thanks buddy, appreciate the work!
