They scheduled a 30 minute window for coming to provide an estimate in the afternoon and showed up on time. Our roof repair needs were small, though on second story, steep roof next to the driveway-so something we could not do. First bid from another business had indicated it was a 2 man job and provided a bid. Top Quality HR provided a bid and since there were two of them here and we had some extra shingles, they offered to complete the work on the spot. They fixed the area where shingles were missing and found and tightened up another area that was obviously loosening. In addition, they cleaned the pine needles out of our gutter. We were happy with our experience.

The best customer service you will ever get. When Ivan says he'll be there at a specified time, he's there when he says. Great at explaining the work to be done. Very fair price. With roofing, it's hard to say how it will be in the long run, but the finished project looks great. If it matches the customer service, I have no doubt it will last for a long time.

They did a good job replacing the dry walls and painting. They covered everything and cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again and i recommend them highly.
