I am a Project Manager and work with all trades and a host of contractors on a regular basis. I also travel frequently. Instead of just calling references I asked Ivan if I could look at his work in progress. He invited me to look at a renovation/remodel of a house progress. Nice and clean Gut Work. And they had finished the upstairs bathroom, nice finish work. Most important to me was to get someone I didn't have to watch (big plus). Interior renovation - I didn't do a full gut on the walls. I replaced all the ceilings on the first floor and repaired walls where necessary. Oh, my house built in 1925 and all plaster walls. Had three water damaged areas under 3 windows. You would never know just a portion of the plaster was removed and replaced with sheet rock. Other - Drywall, Complete Gut in Kitchen Tiled the floor and back splash, Complete Gut Full Bath Tiled floor and walls added a niche in the wall of the shower/tub (really nice), Complete Gut 1/2 Bath. Crown molding on the first floor, new baseboards entire house, all new window trim and door moldings, replaced all internal doors and Painted all eight rooms. The communications was great, never asked for money we just stuck to the contract payment schedule (another plus). All his crew spoke English. I thought I was annoying for detail but Ivan is the best. He also helped with the design. Met us at Floor and Decor to assist in matching up the tile to flow with new wood floors, the back splash with the kitchen counter top and cabinets. Same for the bathroom. My son stated, the bathroom looked like something out of HGTV Magazine. Highly recommended and I'm having him come back for some exterior work.

They paid such great attention to detail. The workers are really great. They are timely. We are very happy with our home. Visitors say our home looks like it came out of a magazine. We had this done four months ago and there have been no problems. Everything is great!

I had to work out of state while the work was done. Top Quality Home Renovation did all the work and it turned out excellent!

They are extremely hard workers. Put it long hours to get the job completed. Quality, professional, clean work. We are looking forward to hiring them again for our next project.
