"I am so grateful that I was able to find Jorge after our house was broken in through the sliding door just before Thanksgiving. He replaced the sliding door the next day I called him. He was actually the only one who prioritized this work to meet our emergency need among the contractors whom I had contacted. He also fixed all the others damaged by the burglars. The price was very reasonable and fair. Jorge is a great pleasure to speak with and knowledgeable. He is very detail-oriented at work, pursing perfection on every detail. He always ensured the job was completely finished without question. He did amazing job on everything I asked for that I continued to ask for more projects to be completed, which included painting, window replacement and basement remodeling next year. "Home Line Construction did an amazing job and work was completed in just one week. They first had to remove several large concrete slabs before being able to prepare the surface to take the new pavers and remove a failed railroad tie wall in order to build the new block wall. They did an awesome job of tying two leaders together to drain the gutters under the new pavers and wall to the garden area beyond. Requests for information and estimates were handled immediately and all questions answered fully. Was our pleasure working with professionals and they receive a very high grade from "Inspector Young" (the husband here) who as a retired Construction Official/Building Inspector had many occasions to observe and inspect others work. Our site was left so much better than how it had been. Kudos to Ardian and his team. Would definitely recommend them highly."

"Seci Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was very hard working and professional. Customer service was superb. The owner, Akil Seci, was immediately available to address any concerns that I had.I had a concern about replacing all of the plywood, which was recommended by the crew foreman, Eddie. Our house was built in 1974, and the plywood was 3/8 inch. After some deliberation, I decided to go with the recommendation for 5/8 inch plywood. This is Seci's standard for plywood replacement, which added significant more cost to the project than 1/2 inch plywood, which is what other contractors would have used.The project was projected to be completed in one day, but it ultimately took 3 days. This was due to the plywood replacement.The clean up of our property was excellent. One downside is that the dumpster remained in front of our house for nearly 5 days after the project was completed. "Angelo, of Joseph and Sons, is a consummate professional and his knowledge of various projects is endless. His crew was polite, friendly and clean. We originally started with replacing an old railroad tie wall with natural rocks and a concrete shed pad. We ended up with a large patio, a leveled back yard, an upgrades to various garden beds. He also finished the wall with river stone to reduce future cost and upkeep. The pricing was more then fair. Angelo was great with add on projects, giving me Options and his opinion. He never tried to sell a project and was not pushy. He was very responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend Joseph and Sons. "Very responsive, got a quote onsite the day after first speaking with them, they started and finished the job next day. (The job was to remove two very broken up walkways, about 60 linear feet total and replace.) John the foreman was very responsive and helpful and Peter and Jim who did the actual work clearly had a lot of experience and knew what they were doing. No long breaks or goofing off for them -- very hard workers. The job turned out very well. UPDATE 4/313/2020: I hired Top Rank several months ago to install concrete walkways. "Josh and his crew poured a beautiful concrete patio extension and put in new stair caps and rails on our back steps for us just before Memorial day. He came several times over two days to supervise . The workers were very skilled and did a beautiful job. They dug out and leveled the area. They used reinforced wire mesh and pitched the concrete pad well , so we did not have to worry about rainwater getting into in the house. The rails are sturdy, and the cap stones on the steps were leveled with precision . The rail had caps that shed water away so that no rain could get between the rail and stone, to avoid damage from water freezing in winter. I wish I could post pictures. He also repointed our chimney and cleaned our gutters. I am very pleased with their professionalism. They left the property clean and tidy on their departure. I highly recommend them for doing quality work at a reasonable price!"

"I hired Val to install a drywall ceiling and install recessed lights in a three-season room in my home and retained him for various other remodeling projects. He also installed drywall in the basement, replaced an exterior fireproof door, cut through with concrete saw / framing, refinished cinder block wall with mesh / cement, painted walls, painted cement floor, power-washed chimney, filled gaps with mortar.
