I had installed a new paver driveway on the side of the house and needed the old driveway (asphalt was already dugout & filled with soil) to be seeded. Ivan came and gave an estimate. He accommodated me by Schedualing this job around his other jobs. He evened out the soil, added topsoil, spread grass seed and covered with hay. He came as promised, was friendly & professional, finished the job the same day and left the yard neat and orderly. He even took away a small heap of yard debris I had left when I cleaned the yard.

I had a few roofing leaks and had difficulty getting contractors to come and look at it, or come back after promising to return. A neighbor suggested Top Quality after having a family member use them and being happy with their work. Ivan returned my call quickly, came exactly when he said he would, did the most thorough review and evaluation of the situation, listened to my concerns, provided options, and provided his opinion and suggestions when I asked for them. We agreed upon the scope of the work and Ivan promptly provided a written/emailed estimate. Ivan and his crew showed up when he said they would, the work was done on time and the charges were as estimated. I called Ivan back a few days later with a issue I forgot to ask when he was here. This was after the job was complete and I had paid. Ivan returned my call promptly, told me when he would come back to address my questions, and did so exactly when he said he would. I was very impressed with Ivan's professionalism, responsiveness, courtesy, knowledge, and most importantly, quality of his service and the job he and his crew did. I hope to be using Top Quality and Ivan for more work in the future.

After ripping the roof a lot more work was need rafters an insulation was rotten and moldy this company did an awesome job!!!! And worked with me on the cost. Again awesome job!

Ivan was very professional in all aspects. Responded quickly and gave written estimate. Did job very fast within a couple of days. Did a very nice job in replacing a front post and painting it. Hung 2 outside light fixtures. Easy to work with. I will use him for other jobs.
