They came out to inspect our 20 year old roof and were really thorough. We understood that it needed replacement. They offered pricing options and financing (if necessary). They prepped us for what to expect. They were friendly, efficient and the roof was completed in a day. They cleaned up. It couldn't have been easier. Only have had the installation for a month, but the quality so far has been great. It was a great experience. Highly recommend TOP 1 Expert Construction!!

The entire experience of working with TOP 1 Expert was positive from start to finish. We received calls to let us know what the next steps were, when they would take place and how much time it would take. The crew was due at 8; they arrived at 8. The finished job looks excellent. Very Professional and cooperative with homeowner (me). No complaints. They worked with us regarding payment plan. They were very busy with many roof repair jobs at the time, but they were still professional.

Good experience overall and good customer service. Had a little bit of trouble completing the non essential task at the end but got the job done. Good clear and concise step to step process with well kept documents for record keeping provided. Happy with the work.

I had a flat roof repair a few months ago, and waited awhile to make sure there is no leak after big rains. I am happy to see no more leak! Mike came to inspect the roof and he explained to me what an issue was, and how they will fix the roof. I knew the moment when he explained to me that I found the right company to do the job.and owner was amazing experience!!

am very pleased with the new roof that Top 1 Expert Construction LLC installed on my house. They were very professional from the beginning. They walked me through the process to work with the insurance company, and made the claim completely simple. I only paid for my deductible, and they volunteered to give me a discount to put their sign in my yard. New roof is great, and will be a giant selling point when we sell our house.
